Dear Participants
Listed below are the rules and regulations to be followed during promotion activities on 23rd August 2011, and violating these rules under any circumstances will lead to penalty followed by disqualification of your team. the rules and regulations are as follows:
1. NO CALLS will be entertained at anytime by anyone to any Coordinator.
2. Stalls will be allotted on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
3. NO PROMOTION ACTIVITY SHOULD BEGIN WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF PROMOTION COORDINATOR.
4. NO STICKING of posters on the painted walls of the college.5. You are supposed to be in FORMALS
.6. BILLS of your expenses can be asked at anytime, so please carry them along. No extra time will be allotted to get the bills.
7. All the members are supposed to assemble at 7.00 a.m. (the timing has changed) outside college. You are not suppose to enter the college without the coordinators approval.
These rules and regulations will not be repeated.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LEAD TO PENALTY FOLLOWED BY DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR TEAM. Put on your thinking hats as no business can survive without promotions.

1. There are 8 clans/verticals.
2. Each clan has two members each except the Best Manager that has one member. In total 15 members.
3. Create a team name and an email id for the team, which will be used by all team members.
4. Fill the form and leave no field blank.
5. Note: All correspondence will be made on team mail id and not on personal ids.
6. Best Manager is the person who will be seen as leader.
7. B Plan is common to all verticals/clans and all should participate that is all 15 members. Best team award will be given on basis of B Plan evaluation and other parameters.
8. All be called and referred as their team names and not individually.
9. Final say on rules rests with the core committee.
10. Failing to abide by rules will result in penalty.
